HIST 204 - Investigating the Past*AEH Credits: 5
This course is an introduction to the field of history. We will examine the kinds of sources historians explore, the approaches they take when examining those sources, and the different interpretations they might develop. The course also examines the typical output of historians, from book reviews to essays to museum placards. The topic of the course will vary by professor, but the ultimate goal of the course is to better understand what the field of history is about and how historians think about the past.This course is the same as the previous HIST 203 Investigating the Past*AEH at EOU.
