October 9th 2026	85% refund if course is dropped by 5:00 PM Pacific Time
October 16th 2026	50% refund if course is dropped by 5:00 PM Pacific Time
October 19th 2026	Tuition & Fees due (last day to pay without a $50 late payment penalty) OR 1st 1/2 Payment due
October 20th 2026	Late payment penalty fees added to accounts
October 23rd 2026	Last day to change grading mode for a course by 5:00 PM Pacific Time Last day to drop a course (without receiving a W) by 5:00 PM Pacific Time 25% refund if course is dropped by 5:00 PM Pacific Time
November 11th 2026	Veterans Day - campus closed
