Introduces principles of general chemistry including atoms, chemical formulas and equations, bonding, stoichiometry, acid/base chemistry, solutions, and unit conversion calculations. Does not equal a general chemistry course sequence. CHEM 104Z is the lecture component; CHEM 124Z is the laboratory component. This course is the same as the previous CHEM 101-103 sequence at EOU.
