AE 490 - Ag Entrepreneurship Credits: 4
Course is designed to fully integrate and apply core competencies of students into real-world enterprises and management-level planning (and decision making) of an integrated Agriculture/Food system. Students will be exposed to the fundamental learning and thought processes commonly associated with entrepreneurship, along with learning about entrepreneurial funding sources and grantsmanship. The course will provide multiple opportunities to focus on operational and personnel management, along with team-building skills. Students must have at least junior standing to register for this course.
