Master of Business Administration

45 graded credit hours are required for the Masters of Business Administration. A minimum grade of “B-” is required for all courses counting toward the degree, and a cumulative grade of 3.00 (or better) is required.

Students may choose to satisfy up to 15 elective credits from an approved institution. A maximum of 15 transfer credits can be applied to EOU’s MBA degree.

Students must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, be admitted as a graduate student to EOU, and meet the qualifications of the College of Business’s MBA Program. [Online-only program]

Optional concentrations in Accounting and Healthcare Administration are available. 

Program Outcomes:

Program Learning Outcome 1: Solve complex strategic problems using quantitative and
qualitative principles.
Program Learning Outcome 2: Communicate effectively with diverse audiences and in a
multitude of roles.
Program Learning Outcome 3: Formulate solutions to ethical dilemmas addressing the needs of
various stakeholders.
Program Learning Outcome 4: Implement creative and innovative solutions to unstructured
problems.
Program Learning Outcome 5: Assess effective leadership theories, styles, and skill
Program Learning Outcome 6: Evaluate organizational principles in a global environment.

NOTE: Any student who receives a grade lower than a “B-” in any MBA course will be placed on probation. A second grade below a “B-” within the program will result in suspension from the program. Any grade below a “C-” is an unacceptable grade, and the course must be repeated for a grade of “B-” or higher.
