EXS 325 - Nutrition & Sport Performance Credits: 4
Study of macro- and micronutrient dietary requirements for healthy living. Topics include diet design, nutrient digestion, absorption and metabolism, energetics, and weight control. Five-day computer dietary analysis and planning are included. Students must have at least sophomore standing to register for this course.
Prerequisites: BIOL 231 and either BIOL 232 or CH 225 Master Syllabi: CH 325
