Complete all institutional graduation requirements.
Business Administration with Leadership, Organization & Management Concentration requires a minimum of 90 credits to complete the major. A grade of “C-” or better is required for each course counting towards the major and a cumulative GPA of 2.00 is required for completion of the major. S/U courses may not be elected for program requirements. Students are required to complete the 74 credit major requirements, with an option to add a concentration in Leadership, Organization, and Management (additional 16 credits = 90 total credits). The BA/BS programs are accredited by the International Accreditation Council for Business Education (IACBE).

The Leadership, organization, and management concentration prepares students for entry-level supervisory positions in both for profit and not-for-profit organizations as well as prepare students for starting and running their own business. Possible career areas to explore include: Personnel Management, Recreational Management, Hospital Administration, Operations Management, Non- Profit Administration, Small Business Management.
