Mathematics Major


Complete all institutional graduation requirements.

Mathematics is a minimum of 72 (for BS) or 60 (for BA) credits required for the major. A grade of “C-” or better is required for each course counting towards the major and a cumulative GPA of 2.00 is required for completion of the major. S/U courses may not be elected for program requirements. [On-campus only program]

Students pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics complete the major with 72 credits.  

Students pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics complete the major with 60 credits. 

Lower Division Required Core: 28 (BS) or 24 (BA) credits

Upper Division Required Core: 24 credits
